Legal
Complaints
How to raise a concern about an AnyTradie brief, matched job or network interaction while formal policies are still under legal review.
Start with the job context
Include your name, contact details, suburb, approximate date of the brief or job, and a clear description of what went wrong.
Where to send it
Email hello@anytradie.com.au with subject “Complaint”. Urgent safety issues should still go to emergency services first where required.
What we aim to do
Acknowledge the complaint, gather facts from the brief trail and relevant provider, and explain the next step. Response times will be formalised in the launch policy.
Provider vs platform
Workmanship and on-site commercial disputes are primarily between customer and provider. AnyTradie can help coordinate information from the matching record.
External options
Depending on the issue, Australian Consumer Law remedies, state fair-trading bodies or licence regulators may also apply. This page is not legal advice.
Legal review
A final complaints handling procedure, escalation timelines and record-keeping rules will be published before public launch.
Draft for build/preview only. Do not treat this page as final legal advice or a completed policy until counsel signs off.
